DESCRIPTION:\nWelcome to Montpellier from Thursday April 14th to Friday Apr
 il 15th\, 2016\nhttp://euromov.eu/2f-NIRS/\nThe main goal of this 3rd Annu
 al 2f-NIRS Conference is to communicate up-to-date research of the highest
  scientific rigor and to encourage the French community in their current a
 nd future endeavors using near-infrared spectroscopy. We expect lively and
  intense scientific debates in the same location ! As such\, this year’s
  Conference proudly carries the slogan:\n\n‘NIRS signal: from acquisitio
 n to analysis’ This third Edition will be mainly devoted to data collect
 ion and analysis issues that NIRS users have regularly. For that purpose w
 e will propose this year to attendees some introducing talks on signal pro
 cessing and data analysis followed by several practical workshop and demos
 /tutorials with NIRS apparatus and analysis softwares. We thank all the in
 stitutions and partners for their continued support. It is through their j
